We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. You may use the label provided to return your hair and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand. If you are still dissatisfied with the color or texture of your purchase, any future returns must be done at your expense.

Only exchanges within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase will be permitted. Due to the nature of the product and the possibility of incorrect installation and/or processing (coloring, heat application), there is no replacement of our hair and the 10 day Product Defect Exchange Policy is not applicable.

For the Her Imports CORRECT HAIR CARE collection, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.

Her Imports Hair Love Dollars:

Her Imports Hair Love Dollars are not representative of actual currency nor do they have any monetary value. Hair Love Dollars may be used in Her Imports retail locations and on www.herimportsusa.com as credit towards the purchase of any regular priced products. 
Products already on sale are not eligible for purchase with Hair Love Dollars.

Hair Love Dollars redemption value on any particular transaction can not exceed 25% of the purchase price.
Hair Love Dollars will expire six months from the date of issue. Hair Love Dollars can not be used on financed or “Hook-Up” transactions. Hair Love Dollars are non-transferable.
Hair Love Dollars my be revoked, canceled and/or made void under any circumstance and at will by Her Imports.

Her Imports Communication & Privacy Policy:
By participating in this campaign through your "double-opt-in” to our member list, you agree and request to receive updates, notices, and promotions on a regular basis. You personal information will never intentionally be shared, sold, transferred or made available to any other company or person outside of Her Imports.
Removing yourself from our member list is optional at anytime. To remove yourself simply reply to any text message from Her Imports with the word STOP.

Her Imports Affiliate Policy

This program is intended for personal use only. Attempts to solicit or accumulate credits on a commercial basis will automatically void any/all credits awarded.

Her Imports Associations Disclosure

Her Imports may from time to time post content either organically or as paid promotions on properties owned and operated by companies like: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat or other for-profit websites. Her Imports has no affiliation with these companies, nor do they endorse Her Imports or it’s campaigns.

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Return policy

Her Imports strives to maintain exemplary levels of quality assurance. Our products go through a rigorous process to ensure that you receive the best quality products possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

• Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to issue cash refunds once a sale is made.
• That notwithstanding, we allow exchanges for specific products as long as they meet the following prerequisites for exchanges
  1. That the product is still in its original packaging.
  2. That the original tags are still in place.
  3. That the product has not been tampered with or worn.
  4. That no processing has been done on the hair. This includes brushing, combing, picking, or cutting the hair.
  5. All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, etc
  6. Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. According to the Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used.
• You must make a return request within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase for your return to be eligible for exchanges. Any exchange request after 10 calendar days will not be honored.
• Once we receive your return request, it will take about 5-7 days for the return to be processed and approved for exchange.
• Refunds will be given in the form of e-gift cards for you to purchase a new product. Please note that we do not guarantee that the product you desire will still be in stock at the time of exchange.
• Once you ship back a product for return, ensure you keep your proof of postage as Her Imports will not be responsible for any returns that get lost in transit.
• In case you're dissatisfied with a product, our customer care will be in touch to guide on the return process. If we find the product was defective at the time of being shipped, you will receive a return shipping label.
• If you return a product and Her Imports does not find any defect, the product will be shipped back to you on the ground at Her Imports expense with no exchanges.
• If the customer selects a higher value product in exchange, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.
• NB: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Reserved Rights of Her Imports Regarding Returns

Her Imports reserves the sole right to limit, reject, or refuse returns from customers due to:

1. Excessive return history.
2. Suspicious returns history of damaged or misused products.
3. Fraudulent activity.

Damaged Products

Should you receive a defective product, you're requested to take a photo of the item in its packaging and send an email to info@herimportsusa.com with the description about the damage. Be sure to include the order number. Our Customer Care agents will get back to you on the way forward.

Replacements

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer a return shipping label along with instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If Her Imports verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Her Imports will then exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Her Imports will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise the customer will receive a $15 credit towards another shipping option. If Her Imports does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.

My Hair by Her Imports is our Pro-Grade product and used by the world’s top celebrities and their stylists. This product ships with a 100% quality guarantee against manufacturing defects when installed and maintained in the professional manner in which it is intended.

1. Use a 100% silk bonnet when sleeping
2. Wash hair with OSI Works shampoo & conditioner
3. Hair should be installed by a licensed stylist
4. If tracks are cut during install, they should be sealed.

In the extremely unlikely event there is a defect with this product, the hair should be returned to:

Exchanges

From time to time, Her Imports Hair, at its sole discretion, may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 10 calendar days will not be honored.

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair “eliminates the possibility of any exchange or replacement.” All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
